• Girls High School Ages = Sunday, July 30th

• Boys High School and Grade School Ages = Sunday, September 17th

• Girls Grade School Ages = Sunday, October 29th

Online Sizing

Please know that all online orders are final. Exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing is not possible. This is why we encourage all players be sized during our offered commitment week/night sizing opportunities. For those unable to make our uniform sizing dates and times, the following link will be a best solution to help size your player. While we do not recommend that you skip our uniform sizing opportunities we know some schedules will prevent people from attending. In those cases, you will want to contact whitney@hpstl.org to find a time for your child to come try on their uniform items. If they do not try on their items, we are not responsible for any inaccurate sizes that are ordered.

Costs and Cycled Jerseys

High Performance works hard to keep costs as low as possible for our families. We attempt to offer the majority of our uniforms for a 2-3 year cycle so that returners can save on not having to purchase entire uniform packages every year. The limitations to this are when the manufacturer changes the time of life for items. We will offer items for 3 years, as long as the items remain in stock with the manufacturer. Again, this eliminates the need to annually buy a uniform package for returning players. Our partnership with REN Athletics enables us to receive our items at a discounted rate which we then pass on to our families. These prices already include the costs of numbering, lettering and embroidery. The only additional cost that the families will incur is shipping and a credit card processing fee, in order to simplify this process and keep it online, we are required to pay these fees. Beyond that, families will not be charged anything additional for these items when ordering by the designated deadline. Those that order outside of the deadline, may have to pay full price or lose some of the bulk discounted pricing that the order deadline secures.

Core Values Practice Shirt

High Performance formalized it’s CORE values in the Summer of 2021 after working internally for almost two years to reflect on who we are and who we want to be. Our eight CORE Values of Integrity, Respect, Commitment, Development, Excellence, Community, Passion and Service are not just words, they are deep beliefs that we must live daily. Our team and club practice t-shirts are an opportunity to represent key elements of these values and remind ourselves of what it means to be a member of High Performance and who we are striving to be. 

The 2023-2024 practice t-shirt is focused on what we can control as athletes on the court and people off the court. We want our players to realize the importance of staying focused, motivated and dedicated to the goal at hand before they turn to making excuses when things don't go as planned. Our athletes should strive to be mentally tough and resilient in these situations since avoiding challenge and risk is not the path to greatness. They are opportunities to improve and develop as athletes and as people. Let's turn off the excuses and instead turn on the focus, motivation and dedication!

Mission 22 Shirt

One of HPSTL’S Core Values is SERVICE. The game of volleyball has given us so much, so we want to show our appreciation by giving back to a greater cause. HP has a longstanding relationship with our country’s men and women who served employing several of our countries Veterans over our twenty-three seasons. Due to this history, we have connected with Mission 22 to assist these wonderful men and women. Mission 22 is a national charity supporting active service members, Veterans, and their family members, through three areas of focus:

1)   Support and Treatment Programs – addressing PTSD, TBI, suicide risk and other challenges

2)   Social Impact – raising awareness of issues active service members, Veterans, and family members face

3)   Memorials – remembering and honoring our service members and Veterans

Our club’s goal is to provide resources to Mission 22 while allowing our athletes and coaches to see firsthand beyond their own lives. These SERVICE themed practice shirts will serve as a weekly reminder of the impact those that serve have on our lives, while also making a positive impact on a worthy charity.
