Playing Background
Chris graduated from Francis Howell High School in St. Charles where he was a four-year Varsity setter from 1997-2000. He led his team to a State Championship his senior year. He played for Missouri Baptist University for three years and helped the Spartans earn a 2nd place finish at the NAIA National Tournament in 2003.

Coaching Background
Chris is in his third year as the Head Coach for the Women's Volleyball programs at Missouri Baptist University, after spending the last seven years as Associate/Assistant Coach. Over the last 10 years at MBU, he has helped lead the Women to a first time Final Four finish in the 2005 National Tournament, the Elite Eight in 2006, 2014, and eight total appearances in the NAIA National Tournament . In that time, MBU has help produce fourteen All-Americans, including the 2006 NAIA Player of the Year and 2014 NAIA Libero of the Year.

Club Coaching Experience
Chris currently is Head Coach and Recruiting Cordinator for High Performance STL. Prior to TSL and HP merger, Chris served as the Girls' Division Director and Coach for Team Saint Louis for five years. Prior to joining Team St. Louis, he was the Head Coach for Kaepa St. Charles 18s team for two years.

Other Experience
Was the assistant coach for the Varsity Boys and Girls Volleyball teams at Francis Howell High School from 2002-2005 where he helped lead the girls to their first conference and district titles since 1981. He also helped lead the boys team to three straight Final Four appearances.

Chris is married to his high school sweetheart Jayma, and they have three daughters Addisyn, Emersyn and Fayth.
