U11/U12 & U13/U14 Girls & Boys Grade School All-Skills Camp (3-Day Camp)
This is a grade school aged camp for boys and girls, who are looking to improve their overall skill and technique. Camp will be high energy, while focusing on giving all players the maximum amount of repetitions during each camp session.  These camps focus on all volleyball skills - passing, serving, attacking, setting, defense and blocking.

Times:
9:00 AM to 11:30 AM; 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
FULL Day Camp - Starts at 9:00 AM; break for lunch at 11:30 AM; start camp back up at 12:30 PM; end at 2:30 PM.

Cost:  $195/player (includes lunch - sandwich, chips & choice of drink)

BONUS:  Includes FREE session with ACE Performance Lab!  The athletes will be taken through basic functional movement patterns that lay the foundation to start developing their athleticism and improvement on daily movements. The athletes will be taken through speed and agility drills, jumping and landing mechanics, arm swing mechanics, and competition drills, all which help the athletes improve their game on the court as well as help with injury prevention. This is a great introduction on how to move and train properly for all youth athletes which will help lay the foundation of a long and healthy athletic career!

U8/U10 Girls & Boys Grade School All-Skills Mini-Camp (3-Day Camp)
This is a beginner level camp for boys and girls, who have very little to no experience.  Camp will be focused in developing FUNdamentals in a high energy environment.  These camps focus on the core volleyball skills - passing, serving, attacking & setting.

Dates:  6/10, 6/11, 6/12

3:00 PM to 4:30 PM - U8/U10

Cost:  $75/player
