Spring is here and a lot of exciting things are coming with it!
First off, our boys started their high school seasons and we are excited to see these teammates turn into competitors for the next few months. High Performance boys and coaches are well represented throughout the St. Louis and Southern Illinois areas.  Make sure to keep up with us on Social Media to see all the exciting stories of this years high school volleyball season. 
Secondly, our girls are finally getting into their qualifier season! Our high school girls are currently in Indianapolis competing in the second weekend of the Mideast Qualifier. April brings many more qualifiers and we can't wait to head into May with a bunch of BIDS! 
Finally, with warmer weather comes the start of Beach season! STL Sandbar is open and we can't wait to get out there and start training our athletes on the outdoor courts. With leagues, tournaments, training sessions, and bid events all coming up there is plenty to get involved in. Last year the Gateway Region sent the highest number of players to Beach Nationals than any other region in the COUNTRY! This year Gateway earned themselves a third qualifier and we are excited to get another big group to Nationals, this year in Manhattan Beach, California!
