MEQ weekend 1

With all of our 18s teams qualified (yes, all 5 of our 18s teams have qualified for Nationals) it is time for our younger teams to go for their bids. Last weekend was an exciting weekend as our 12-15 Royal and Orange girls teams took on their first qualifier! Almost all of our teams came out with finishes better than their seeds with an average finish being 8 places above our average seed. 12 Royal and 15 Orange both placed in the top 5 and they were joined by 13 Orange, 14 Orange, and IL 151 Select all joined them in the Gold bracket on Day 3. Overall our girls came out with a .650 winning percentage to start off a strong qualifier season for our girls teams. Next weekend our 16-18 travel teams will head out to Indy to continue our success in the second weekend of the MEQ.

Back home we had a lot of success out of our regional teams as well at the Lindenwood tournament. In the 15s division our 14 White team took first in silver and in the 13s division our 13 White girls took 1st in silver and our IL 13 Select girls earned 1st in GOLD! Awesome job all around girls.

On the boys side our high school boys have just started their high school seasons with their first games coming up this week. While they're taking a break from High Performance look out for their names in STL Today and the Post Dispatch as we are expecting big things from them with their schools. We are very proud of all our student-athletes.

Finally, beach season is right around the corner and we are pumped to get started! We look forward to getting outside and providing the fun and challenging experience of the sand game for players around the St. Louis area. If you haven't registered yet make sure to get to our beach page on the website so you don't miss out!
